IND, like all the other consumers, thought they were getting authentic Eisemann products from Eisenhaus.

IND DID NOT know they were counterfeit, they were fooled just like every customer. They are a customer of Eisenhaus as well. Anthony would never knowingly sell counterfeit items, IND takes authenticity seriously. From now on IND gets their Eisemann exhaust straight from Eisemann in Germany.

I seen their systems in person many of times. You really couldnt tell the difference that easily.

Hell this has been going on for years and no one noticed or had any quality issues.

I called Eisenhaus mainline and Tim, the manager picked up the phone.

Before I continue on, here's my goal in writing this up:
1.) Keep it very neutral & communicate what Eisenhaus is saying (in this mess, no matter how disappointed and angry we are, we must remain calm and listen intently from their side. Must not let presumptions and things that have happened before take over our rationality and reasonableness)
2.) Tim, the manager, does not have decision over anything, so he is doing what has been instructed by Eisenhaus bosses/owners i.e. don't post or make public statements until Eisenhaus has a final concrete decision
3.) Tim highly encourages all of us with questions to call them up at 866-278-1896.
4.) I'm purposely missing out some irrelevant details in the conversation just to avoid any kind of possible sensationalizing of the materials that may cause more drama. (I don't want a newcomer thread to cause more crap)

Key points from conversation:
1.) Marketing mistake on Eisenhaus's side, for the misleading, they apologize for it (good first step, I appreciate Eisenhaus)
2.) Their goal is to resolve this in a way that makes all of us customers happy
3.) Owners/Bosses are in a meeting right now working on this issue and could possibly have a decision by the end of the day to work out on the issue of compensation
4.) When decision made by Eisenhaus, managers (in my case, Tim) will call us back on details and deal with things on a case-by-case basis.

In my opinion, good signs from Eisenhaus. They answered phone, Tim was polite and calm, explained their side of the story, apologized, understood my point and what I'm unhappy about, apologized again, bosses are making decision right now and we should have some news on that by the end of today or early next week, managers will be calling back customers who left phone no. details with them.

So there you go.

I clarified also that I'm calling for myself and that I do not represent anyone else, nor am I opinion leader. I also made it clear that I am accepting their apology on the basis that I will be getting compensation. Everyone's "mileage" may vary and so call them now. Someone should be answering.

well if they where doing installs then yes maybe they should be able to see somethings up but if its just an installer they just install it they might not know anything was up. but if they are just shipping it out they dont open the box just send it off to the customer.

you mean the details which I deem irrelevant..? I'm really not comfortable doing it, because 1.) it doesn't give us any other new info other than the high possibility of making drama 2.) just bogs down the situation 3.)
