Just to let you guys know that Autowest does not charge for Courtesy car & gas anymore! When I got the car they told me there was no need to fuel up as long as the car is returned without the fuel light on!!! That was 2months ago and I'm going there again tomorrow - free of charge (gas + courtesy car). hahaha...............
oh...that good! i think they got so many compliant for charge.honestly,if dealer charge $2,3 dollars on labour, that will enough money to cover their gas fee.

That's great, I will be booking an appointment there for service soon.

Last year I got an X3 from Autowest. I think I'd like to try out a 1 series.

Do you guys try to request for a better courtesy car when you call and book for appointment? I got a crappy Chrysler Sebring last time from Autowest and they say it's the last rental car.... Another guy after me wanted a courtesy car, any car and they say they are simply completely out... It was a Saturday morning so I don't know if that makes any difference....

My car is over a year and only 8000KM. Would they let me bring it in for the first service for the oil change? How long is an oil change?

it may be true...

i dropped off my car there today and got a 328 xdrive. but i made this appt about a week and a half ago with the service manager due to them damaging my car, and i demanded a loaner.
when i was talking to a service advisor, they kept saying that they were fully booked until just about the end of the month.

I've currently got an '09 328i with xdrive as a loaner from AutoWest. Really nice car! Has more guts than a 323i and a few more nice options. Makes me seriously want to upgrade.
On Saturday I had an express service appointment for regular servicing and I asked if I could get the cpu upgraded for the alarm. Unfortunately the car wasn't ready by the end of the day I got a loaner.

Yes, they will do a low mileage oil change each year. Phone them up and they should book you an express appointment. Shouldn't take longer than 30 mins and you can have their tea, coffee and snacks while you wait.

service department will only give you 323i, 328i, 328xi, x3 cause thats all they get as loaners, if you know sales side management or you request from sales person. than you could get x5 3.0, x5 4.8, 750, 750li, 335 coupe, 3 cab.

Any ideas on what Brian Jessel is giving out for loaners these days? Last time I went I got a dodge caliber and it was horrible.

Garage List
2011 BMW e92 M3  [9.00]
I have an 09 e93 M3 with a Sirius Satellite module and antenna issue they (Brian Jessel) are currently fixing. I went first thing in the morning (around 7:30am) and received a 2013 328i xDrive with all the bells and whistles as a loaner.

Brian Jessel does outsource their courtesy car business to Enterprise so I'm thinking it's really a crap shoot. If they run out of BMWs to loan, they will loan you whatever they have left. Of course, I do believe that if you have given BJ a lot of business, they can definitely do something for you.

I wonder if dropping off my car just before closing, the night before, will increase my odds of getting a F30 loaner. Really want to spend a day with one as i may want to buy this year

maybe just go to sales and ask for a test drive...
when i was looking into x3's a couple months ago, the salesman didnt even want to take me out. he told me to make an appointment so i can pick up the truck first thing in the morning and spend the day in it
