Exclamation AA performance package for 335i

My friend is considering this package:
http://www.activeautowerke.com/whatsnew/main.php

XEDE

AA BOV

AA Exhaust

main questions are:
- is there a better package?
- are the gains reliable? or at least close to the claims (XEDE boosts the car up to 380 hp?!)
- Do you think that it's better to order the exhaust and BOV from AA, and Procede from vishnu?? or it is best to buy the whole AA package??

any feedback is appreciated...

yeah don't get a blowoff valve. waste of money.... it has the value of spending $750 on stickers and putting them on your car.

A BOV is usually good for reliability & long term wear reduction, but in this case the stock car already has one. The aftermarket one really does nothing more than increase the noise on blow off vs. the stock unit.

While the BOV doesn't do anything besides add sound... there is one I heard on this board that was tuned to sound pretty quiet. I liked it a lot. I'm not sure if I would install one because I have other things I'd like to get first, but the whole thing about "it's just noise, don't do it" is pretty comical. It's the same thing as getting black line tail lights, or a new grill. Consider it a cool cosmetic upgrade.

A lot of people buy an exhaust for performance, a lot more buy it for the deeper sound it provides. Worth considering before someone tries to talk you out of a BOV.
