Been thinking of changing my roundel also to black/black roundels. My E90 is Montego Blue and what I have done so far: 15% tint all around, gloss black grills, OEM blacklines. Plan on putting on some black 19" Avante Garde M310s and black colored 335i badge to match up w/everything. I dig the OEM look which I have been rocking for about a year and a half, but I like putting a personalized, tasteful touch on my cars too. Cool thing is you can switch back to OEM or go for a different look when you get bored with your current style.

Just added these to my Jet Black yesterday and think they look good. "Mocking up the brand name" by changing out the roundels??? Maybe if I put 'em on a Honda Civic!

There is a company who I am ordering my roundels from called mfest.com. They will custom paint an OEM roundel any color combination you want. I am doing space gray and black. I dont want carbon fiber replica stuff on my car. Check them out a little pricey but then again if you customize is your the only one that will have it. I didnt want to put cheap stickers on the car. So buying the whole roundel the way you want is the way im going..

I agree a little pricey... If anybody else knows another distributor who offers it cheaper that would be great. But sadly they are the only ones I have found that will do a full custom roundel not just overlays.

Hey Dozer. Is the second pic you posted their "Black/Matte Black" one and is the fourth pic that looks like a "Matte Silver" one of their custom roundels?

Ya I think it looks great. They appear to be pricey but the quality seems top notch.

160 should be a drop in the bucket for a genuine cosmetic mod. grills 115- wheels 2k - emblems 30 - 160 for something that will for sure stand out and you will get exactly what you want doesnt seem to bad. The overlays are cool but Im sure if you got a general opinion everybody wished they would have bought the whole roundel. If you dont like it you can just apply your oem. I think its a pretty great idea

i like both B&W and OEM.
OEM is good no matter what. I also prefer clean B&W badge on a blue car. Something about the light blue color of the badge clashing with say Montego or Lemans a bit. Just gets a little busy. In that case I like the B&W. Don't like CF badges as the weave always looks too big for the size of the badge. Kinda same effect as those monster sized POLO logos on polo shirts. Just don't like it. For super aggressive all blacked out cars though, I think this is perfect too (and so fking evil!):

Thanks for the ad. Waiting on a member to see if Im getting these wheels this week. If deal goes through, I would be interested in those black/black roundels for front/back of car and maybe for the wheels. Could you pm the prices/shipping on those items? Big thanks!!!
