ok, i'm in, i can possibly get a sponsor for the event (OC BMW). If i remember right, theres an area w/ those built in grills at bear mountain.
I just need to know that theres not another sponsor already. OC BMW is very close to bear mountain, therefore i dont see a problem in it. Just have to speak to my manager bout it If everyone was to bring their own drinks/food then there wont have to be any pp charge, as everyone will be responsible for themselves I'll be coming from warwick/chester therefore wont be able to meet up for the drive up from jerz

Most likely, i will be picking up most of the food from costco since i can get everything in bulk and it should be around $5-10 pp max. But if we get sponsored then no one would need to pay. Quote:
Ya I was at the russian restaurant- rasputin or something?

All grilling needs to be done in the designated picnic area(s) I believe you can bring your own grills in case the ones at BM are all taken...I don't think permits are needed.

Is this the bear mountain in western PA, the Bear Creek Ski Resort? I'm considering going, I just want to map out the location from northeast PA to see where/how long I'd have to drive.
