FCP Euro now has TRW oem M3 front control arms

Sorry for this re-post. My previous post left out the M3 in the headline
oops one more time...correcting the link

Hi,

Some of you know that TRW is now selling an OEM version of the M3 front wishbones and tension struts.

FCP Euro now has them:

I've done business with these guys previously and have been pleased. So....I went ahead and gave them my business on a pair of wishbones. Worth checking out if you are considering these

I wonder if there is any chance of them adding M3 sways (and associated parts)? Maybe there isn't a TRW equivalent?

I don't know about the sways, haven't heard about a TRW oem (I would be in for that). I contacted them yesterday and asked about the TRW M3 front control arms, which were not on their site. Turns out they were in the process of adding them. Traded many emails with Gareth Foley ( gareth.foley@fcpgroton.com ) yesterday.

As a supplier I've found they're worth a look as they carry a good range of foreign parts and frequently have across the board specials ( they have 5% off everything at the moment).

thanks. In my case, I only need the wishbones, though the complete kit is a great idea.

yes firmer suspension, stronger bushings and more negative camber with the wishbones. The tension struts should improve steering response.

I've got 100k+ miles on my current wishbones, so I'm thinking they're somewhat worn anyhow.

Just delivered today, I hope to put them on after the holidays and I'll post my impressions.

If you search on "m3 control arms" you'll see plenty of discussion.
