Have tried over the years to buy a 335d and a mini from wellsway. Didn't seem very responsive, no margins to deal and only slightly better overall than the dick lovett folks In Swindon or Bristol

Bottom line.. Wasn't impressed

Thanks for your comments, lack of interest seems to be a disease spreading like wildfire amongst BMW salesmen Must be on too higher basic salary, don't need the commission !

Got my wife's used 130i sport there last year.

No real complaints.

Only issue was that they forgot to MOT the car but it had been MOT'd 1 month earlier by another dealer and they offered to pay for my MOT at my local dealer.

They did everything else as promised & prepped car to a good standard. ( I had seen with no prep)

Got my M135i from there last year.

Got as good a deal from them as I could find anywhere.

Salesman left mid order which didn't help but overall they were good to deal with.

Never used them for service before as always found Cotswold Gloucester very good in that respect.

Car I was interested in now sold, so not likely to deal with them now, but thanks for the comments.

Personally not had such a good experience with them.

Years ago tried to buy a 335i, but no one really served me for ages.
Just left me stood there like an idiot for ages.

Said they would call me back with info, never did.

Got parts from there before, but bits missing or wrong.

Service quotes usually more expensive compared to other main dealers.

No very friendly atmosphere.

I wouldn't trust to take my car there.
