LCI stereo Retrofit

Hi guys

Wanted to do the new GONG upgrade to my 2006 E90 with professional stereo so I bought a newer unit from a member.
Today I installed it and all the functions seem to work fine.
The new gong isn't working because as I understand need to do the KOMBI coding first.
The other issue that I have is that the max stereo Volume is not as high as before, it is mid.
What procedure needs to be done to make it sound louder?

Thankyou
