Not true -
The brightness will be the exact same either way, it is simply the color that will be effected

brightness = lumen => lux 3.0 = 440 lumen > lux 2.0 = 280 lumen
color = color temp => OEM = 4300K < lux3.0 = 5500K
4300K = white
5500K = white to blue, shorter wavelength
6-7000K = bluer

440 lumen fine, 5500K fine with me. Go for it Lux 3.0

guys LUX 2 is 5500k~6000k, and when it lights up the angel eyes' fibers, its almost pure white. so i say wait it out for the 6500k for a more blue-ish hue.

I think I might be in the minority here, but my vote is to keep the color as white as possible. 5500k is good for me!
