How did the 2 fronts get like that?

The person that sold them to me was involved in a accident that caused the damage you see in the pictures. Its only the front two. The back are fine.

Wish I was local - great price - pretty certain I know a shop here that could fix them (or at least get them very close)
this price w/tires? what tread life do you estimate is left on them if they're included? how old are the tires?

The price includes tires. Im not sure but i believe its less then 50% life.
