That's what I think as well when I see someone say SG. I recall a few years ago when I first picked up my e92 I would hear people refer to sparkling graphite as SG and Space Grey...Space Grey. Then over the years I started to hear a couple people refer to Space Grey as SG and then all hell broke loose. Thanks Rob for clearing that up

In the US it is spelled with an A and in the UK it is spelled with an E. Didn't you know Shragon and myself are British?

yea, i know you are just stating observations. it's just funny to see how the acronym has evolved/changed.

actually, either grey/gray spelling is correct from what i understand (look up grey on wiki). gray is the US spelling. i've always used "grey" as i think it looks nicer for some reason.

On the bmwusa.com website they use gray and BMW has never let me down before.

I drive a German car made in Germany and over there they spell it Grey so I shall spell it that way until I buy my Ford Mustang GT 5.0 which at that time I will spell it GrAy.

white e90 with 162s, amber headlights, and stock exhaust lowered on stock springs, rfts, chrome kidney grills, 100% tint on all 5 windows. I tried to give the thumbs up sign, but you were looking straight. white female, middle aged. Anyone on here? anyone?
