Another one from me! Just got a Parking notice from a well known car park company saying I didn't pay and display in one of their car parks in Croydon! I was in work at the time in Blackpool! Some fecker has obviously driving his silver BMW around on my reg plates! Grrrrrr

How can the authorities prevent this? I know they've put in place some restrictions but there are too many ways around them to really be of use.
