only issue ever was 1 leaky fuel injector...still original HPFP...

now watch my car brake down completely tomorrow

'08 335i (purchased new 11/07) just passed 58k miles. Original HPFP, replaced 2 coils/injectors, and think I'll be replacing a transmission pan seal next week. So far (fingers crossed) very reliable.

And yes, extended warranty to 100k. I'll give it another 2-3 years and probably sell it for almost nothing.

Glad I read this thread, just passed 50k and was thinking of a tune but worried about milleage i'm at, not anymore through, some of you guys have done tunes on much higher milleage so i'm game now.

I know. But I just got my car two months ago and was waiting for the COBB AP for 07s.

X2 Injectors for misfires
X1 SZL sensor (broke after 50K warranty = $1300)
Now I have white smoke...possible turbo bearing leaking oil

Still love it to this day and will drive it till total eng. failure

Vanos solenoid

Cam shaft sensor

Broken light (non leveling headlight)

One bent rim

Brake chirp due to sensor never resolved

Still love every drive.

Hit 95k the other day and still running strong. Have waste gate rattle. Original HPFP replaced at 83k with recall. I got another car last October, though, so the mileage I put on the 335 has slowed down. I bought the 335 in 3/2009 with 27k, so I was going at about 3k/per month.

Too much fun to drive it!
