Anyone have a K40 radar? Need help!

So I bought a 335 last week and turns out it has a K40 installed! Awesome, right? Well, it's missing the remote to turn it on. Does anyone have one where I could stop by, buy you a drink, and just turn on my K40 real quick?

Thanks for the number. Unfortunately, they just want me to buy the remote for like $150. It's really a last resort for me.

instead of going that route I would sell the k40 on ebay or craiglist as is and get a new/used escort 9500ix or beltronics equivalent..

I already have a escort 8500 x50. This is the fully integrated system and I don't really want to have to go about pulling everything out. I'd like to just have it working.

Have you called absolute sound in McHenry?, I think they are a k40 dealer. They might be able to help you out.

A big thanks to Motor Werks in Barrington. Mike there had a remote and turned it on for me. Really nice guy!
