Muffler, X-pipe, Pulleys, filter replacement, charcoal filter delete, intake scoops, and software...then some nice 21" rims to negate all the mods LOL.

so a stock vs stock 50k vs 70k and modded 335 vs supercharged m3. less than 55k vs 80k. atleast u know a fair comparison when u see one. Whats next on your comparison race? a Z06 vette vs a mustang GT?

I don't have an m3 anymore...but I'll tag along for fun.

for the sake of this comparison...I don't think money should be an issue here. You are comparing two car's performance. For those m3 owners out there, I am sure they purchased their m3 for a reason. If they wanted to purchase a 335 and mod it they would have, but for whatever reason, they wanted the m3. So to give all this talk about an m3 owner spending all this money and still being slower than a modded 335 is silly. Just do the comparo for fun. Leave it at that.

The problem with that is that they think its silly that we are spending money on a car that is not an M3. Look at the M3forum thread and you'll see what I mean. They ask how much I spent to mod my car. Problem with their logic is that even if I would have waited 2 years for the M3 to come out, I would have still modded the M3 as well. Would have still done rims.....still would have done the Vorstiener trunk.....still would have done an intake and exhaust. They act like we're driving POS's around and slappin stickers on them or something.

you need to excuse a lot of those m3forum drivers lol. Most of them spend a grip of money on their cars. There are the typical enthusiasts that like to mod their cars just the same with rims, kit, drop etc. Then there are the track guys there that spend just as much money modding their car for the track and for new tires and wear and tear items lol. Its stupid. I post less and less there for that very reason that some of those guys are m3 elitists.
