If you dont hardwire your V1 then where did you place it?

I had it couple days ago
but I am not a handy guy so
although I saw DIY I couldnt do it
where are non hard wire guys place their V1?

yea mine isn't hardwired. mine is on the bottom of my windshield in the middle. Right above the speaker about an inch up from the dash. The wire runs down into the cigarette lighter. Its nice because i can see all the functions on the valentine and lights going off while keeping my eyes on the road. Im in no hurry to hardwire it.
