tilt mirror problem...

went to the dealer and tilted mirror stopped tilting when i put the car in reverse ]= is this some setting i can change because its really helpful? or do i really gotta go to the dealer for this?

make sure the mirror control switch is flipped to the left

My right mirror tilts down, but the left one does not.
Control is on the left.

Any advice?

As far as i know only the right mirror tilts down when in reverse. Helps on keeping your right hand rims/tires in good shape longer

This is normal, only the passenger side mirror tilts down. Having the switch to the left disables the function.
