The rears have the lettering around the hubs as wheel.

The fronts have BMW stamped/machined on them. The rears don't.

Yes those are gunmetal, and as far as I know Alufelgen CS7's are available in oem silver, gunmetal or matte black.

It doesn't bother me either. Just wanted to clear that up. What does bother me is how many wheel weights were required for two of my wheels 14-16.
Nice review btw. These are beautiful wheels!

that's too much weight. FWIW, many times it is not the wheel itself but how the tire was mounted on the rim. If they were road force balanced, the tech should have been able to figure out that maybe the tire was not sitting properly. Then they would deflate and shift the tire on the rim and balance again. If that fails, then dismount the tire and remount it again.

A good tech with the right machine should be able to balance your wheels with minimal weights.

I agree. I have 2 sets of oem wheels that don't have half the amount of weights. They were mounted/balanced by Alufelgen. Will have to contact them because they seem unbalanced on certain road surfaces. Should have just bought the wheels from them and had the tires mounted locally.

The wheels are Road Force Balance. You shouldn't have any issues with vibrations.

The amount of weights is due in part to the sensor weight and the unbalance tire.

Could have just been a particular hwy in Nevada. Had alot of vibration above 90 mph. We'll see; I'll be in contact if it persists. My local tire shop even commented on the weights btw. But since this is a picture thread, here's mine...

It looks like one of your rear wheels is at an odd angle. like the axle is bent. Im sure its just the way the angle of the picture makes it look. Car is lookin good bro. take good care of them. congrats
