DSP amplifier placement front - Puzu DSP

Hello all,

I've ordered a small plug and play amplifier with integrated DSP (Puzu PZ-C31). It seems to be the ideal solution if you have the base (European) audio system without a separate amplifier.

The DSP amplifier is installed in between the headunit and the speakers.

Size of the amplifier is 174X130X45mm. I was wondering if you have any recommendations on how to hide the amplifier in the front of the car?

Is there any room behind the headunit, shall I place it in the glove compartment or do I install it in the passenger foot well?

Once I get it to work I will share my experiences.

I've also ordered the Focal IS BMW 100L, a composet with separate tweeters so I'll have to order new A pillar covers with tweeter grills since my car does not have them with the base audio set up.

I know it's not a common area, and maybe nobody has ever done it. But maybe some have experience with taking apart the dashboard and know of a good place to hide the small amp.

I have read where some install the Vibe amps behind the glovebox in e92.
not sure on its dimensions though. Personally if cables are long enough i'd go underseat

Awesome, thanks. Behind/under the glovebox is certainly an idea to explore.
