Best place to purchase Bilstein B4S Shocks?
Hi guys,
Im really struggling to find a supplier of the Bilstein B4S shocks to fit my e91 msport. I have been advised that the S shocks are needed as it is lowered on H&R and is an msport. Any advice please? Thanks in advance |

Bilstein B4 on eBay are £350 for the full set but are for an SE! So just wanted to see of any places in the uk!
I don't want a firmer ride that comes with b6 or b8 kit as it's my daily driver on country roads. |

maybe give Jason at AllGermanParts a call, last order i got from him we were talking about B12 kits, and he mentioned they are a Bilstein supplier.
http://www.allgermanparts.co.uk/ their website isn't up to date, but just phone them and they are very helpful. |

They may have to order the b4s but they should be able to get them.

If my M3 rear axle transfer goes ahead I'll have a set of B4S's up for sale soon.
Less than 6 months/5,000 miles on them. Mated to Eibach Pro Kit springs of the same age.. I bought them from Motorsportworld iirc.

All of their kits are based on SE to Bilstein. This confused me when looking at how much of a drop the B12 kit is going to give over my existing Msport suspension.

where are you getting the information that they do a B4"S"?
the B4 is the OEM replacement line, ive never seen a shortened "OEM" replacement, their shortened shocks are the B8's (as if you shorten the shock you have to up the damping rate it to get the same performance, so its no longer an OEM replacement) the B4S isnt mentioned anywhere on Bilsteins website or product line information, and any searching i do only links to a thread on E90Post? |

Well technically 4 now Phil has mentioned he has them also.. A friend who owns a tuning company first mentioned them to me when he used to stock bilstein, but now he doesnt stock them, its not cost effective for him to get them for me. Thanks |

There are two types of B4 shocks:
SE version and MSport version. The msport version is the B4S (which is shorter).
