Heater/Air Con Suddenly Stopped Working

Hi, have a 2009 e93 and all of a sudden this evening all of my heaters are no longer working. The lights still come on but no air is being blown. Anyone have any advice as no warning lights have came on the dash?? Problem is also effecting the front and rear windscreen heaters and cold air con if that helps. Thanks in advance

Examine the blower unit itself first, its common for an improper cabin air filter or replacement windshield installation to allow water to reach the blower causing corrosion and eventual binding/failure. You'll see the rust on the shaft in the center of the blower. I've lubricated mine after getting some chirping noise and once I fixed the issue (mine was poor windshield install) its been fine.

If the blower looks good and turns easily by hand the final stage unit failing is probably the culprit. Its the 1/2 plastic / 1/2 metal thing on the blower motor housing with the wire harness connected to it.

Wiring faults have also been encountered by some members, see the thread linked here:

Sorry, yeah you should definitely check fuse 88 (I think) before you go pulling shit apart, that would suck.
