its all good man, fuel pumps on the 335s are a walk in the park for us to do at the shop. ive done like 10 or more since ive been here lol. as for the rfts...the 09s have alot different tire choices. as for the m cars...they arent rfts...they are michelins..but arent rfts. the m cars come with a m mobility package which is basically tire slime lol. jake-let me know how it goes at the dealership.

I will let ya know, I'm meeting with Karen at 12:15.... hope my car starts this morning.
I'm still at home, didn't want to risk breaking down during rush hour traffic.

Yeah, it's typical HPFP. Dealer was like it seems to run fine when we drove from service. I just laughed, check engine lights don't come on for fun, it sounded like my car was about to shake the engine out of the engine bay yesterday.

So my rear tires are dead and I am sure there is only about 5k miles on them maybe just a little more.....I have never done a burnout with them, but I do floor it a lot because this thing is so slow I need to floor it to get it up to speed.
Anyways my brake squeek is worse than it has ever been and i think something is wrong because I get a big clank out of the rear of my car everytime I hit a bump. So far the diagnosis is that it is not anything to do with the rear suspension. When I kick my rear right tire my brake makes a sound, but no other wheels does it.

that doesnt sounds good, i would take the wheel off of both the back and inspect both of them to see the differance if there is anything wrong with the brakes, i remember reading about a problem like this, the problem is buildup of brake dust on the rotor or something of that sort.

Yeah still having issues, my car was supposed to be past the recall and not have those issues but apparently that isn't the case. At least I'm getting the problems out of the way early. Once this is fixed I should be good.... hopefully.
I should hear something more solid today about what they are doing with the car.

i am going on 18k miles, in my may07 build.. fingers crossed.
but i do drive my car pretty hard, and i only put in shell. i think the pumps here dont really have to have the "up to 10% ethanol" atleast i dont see stickers here, luckily |

Yeah, maybe you got lucky and got a Bosch pump, I think most of the issues were from the Siemens pumps. Mine was text book, long start, rough idle, then CEL with the low power warning. Sometimes I wonder if the ethanol thing is just an excuse they are using for all the failures. All the pumps here are 10% ethanol though it sucks. I think once I found a non ethanol station and I logged my mpg for that tank and it definitely was 1-2 mpg better than all the rest of the tanks I've used so that has to account for something.
