What Engine Oil Do You Use?

Hi there people my oil light has come on and just wondered what you guys think is the best oil to use for my e92 2007 330i?

also my brake fluid is running low (says my idrive system) and can i simply take it to any garage and it will be fine and the dash board lights would go or i have to go to BMW or a BMW specialist?

I use Fuchs titan race pro- s 5w40. Its not officially ll04 rated but I'm out of the warranty period and modified too.

will be a lot of haters but i just got 5 litres of 5w30 ll04 britoil (made by BP) for 20 quid delivered. i change my oil every 10k.
