Hey, just wanted to see if anyone was from Carlsbad CA?
I found a car on ebay and intrested in purchasing it, only problem is I am in NY and the seller has a 0 feedback rating so it makes me kind of nervous. If anyone is from around the area and willing to help me make this transacation, I would really appreciate it. I can fedex you a case of beers and a eurolight switch for all your trouble

Well I was actually thinking if someone can go down and take a look at it, maybe even take it for a spin, see if its leaking oil, if the title maches the vin, just routine stuff you would do if you were to personally buy the car. Its not a lot of money, hes asking $2900 but I would feel better if someone here would help with the transaction. The link to the car is here:

Its not a BMW, its a VW Corrado VR6 which I have been wanting to add to my collection for a while, just havent ever seen one as clean as this one.

Let me know if its something you can help me with, I really dont want someone to go far out of the way, if its close by and you got some spare time I would really appreciate it guys!!

Its about a half hour away, so its not too far, but I dont think Im qualified for your needs. Ive never purchased a car from a private party and dont know what what one should check for.

There are a ton of SD members, just keep bumping this or PMing those who sport SD as home and see if someones better at it than me.
