I can get the dash kit the wiring harness and the relocation kit for heated seats but is wiring going to work between car and radio ?

Search. No, not without a lot of extra work and money at least. Its an optical system.

Basically, what you need to do is replace your Logic 7 amp with a JBL MS-8 and a small 2-channel amp for the underseat woofers, and you can do it. This is covered in the Dynavin thread, actually, as well as a few other places. But you cannot connect any aftermarket HU to the optical MOST amplifier in the car, no.

Alpine, did you ever work out your BMW Assist error? Did you end up running the HU to the trunk?

BTW - I did have L7 and I changed out the amp for a JBL MS-8 and upgraded a few speakers - the sound is pretty sweet!

I just want to get rid of this SOS error!!

My seller sent me some optical connectors to take the two optical wires and connect them together to make a loop but i just havent had the time to try it yet.
