XI TROUBLE

So I woke yesterday with a rwd car... abs, dtc, 4x4 all disabled... scanned the car and here are all the codes that appeared under transfer case in BT.

5251 - incremental encoder supply, signal or value under threshold
5461 - error actuator control
5462 - error actuator or increased power requirements for fpr clutch
5463 - break mechanics
55C3 - all wheel not activated
54C8 - class resistance at actuator
54C9 - temperature sensor actuator

any advice well be much appreciated

Have to get it checked out at a shop that can check the transfer case. There is a stepper motor that tightens up the clutches to increase front drive. Sounds like either the motor or the position sensor on the motor are dead. Otherwise you have a bad transfer case and need to replace it.
