Palmautomotive Sunshades

I'm sure I picked up a link to oemsunshades/palm automotive sunshades off e90post, but can't find it now.

Anyone have them, what are they like? On a Touring, does the back window still open?

Thanks

Get the bmw OEM self fit shades, don't bother with copies, they're a perfect fit, with no gaps like the factory window blinds and they've got little BMW badges on and are fairly cheap from the dealers. It's like being in a limo in the back seats! great for keeping the kids cool, or just keeping the car generally cooler in summer.

As for the tourer rear window, the self adhesive clips maybe angled to stick to the glass instead of the sourrounding trim so it may open with the window, which would seem sensible. Order from the dealers, if they ain't right then don't pay!

get the BMW part numbers here:

I had them in my E90 - brilliant. they fold up into little zip up BMW bags for storage too.

Cheers. OEM Ones are about £180 from the dealers though, I think. I remember I got a price off a dealer and after I'd stopped laughing, I said no, straight away.

That's pretty good for 5 quality shades don't you reckon? You get what you pay for i suppose....

You only really need the 2 rear door shades and they're about £50 the pair.

The sun rarely shines in throught the rear window, unless you're driving away from a sunset!
