Haven't received title from seller

I bought a used truck from an out of state dealer almost seven weeks ago and I have yet to receive the title, dealer claims they have yet to receive it from lien holder. The temp tags they issued me expire in two weeks so I'd like to get the truck registered before then. Any thoughts on what I can do, aside from being patient?

Tell them they have a week or you don't want the car and expect a full refund or lawyer up.
