Hello guy's as some of you regular members may know i have been creating a few thread's these few day's. It's because I'm looking to buy a 2006 e90 320d from Manchester and wanted a BMW specialist to give it a good looking over before buy.

I have narrowed down two recommended specialist's in the Manchester area and wanted to know if any one has had any dealing with them?

I don't know about the ones you've mentioned but these guys have an excellent rep on here and have dealt with a few members on here:

Heard nothing but good things about Darren Woods who are based in Bredbury neck-of-the-woods. Further south of Manchester, in Stockport, is BayMoW www.baymow.co.uk (next to Stepping Hill Hospital) who have looked after me very well over the last year or so.

Whereabout in Manchester would you prefer - BM Tec are central (in Salford) whereas the other you mention, in Warrington, is a bit of a trek out...

Woods have looked after my 335i from new and done all the mods / suspension / dps etc.

Brilliant guys.

They are also ex-employees of several manchester BMW dealer (Williams, Blue Bell etc) So they know all the guys (and their BS tactics too)

Yea they sounded very helpful on the phone to be honest, unlike some i have phoned which give one word answers.
