So my GPS says i am cruising in the bay
hey guys, look at this funny picture i took this morning when i was driving on I-280 to office.
My navigation system is becoming worse and worse. Before, the off position issue rarely happens, but now >50% of chances it happens in the morning when i start the car. IF I have to use navigation system, i just shut down the engine for a couple minutes, and then restart it. Usually it can be fixed by this way. But I'm really tired of doing that now. I've searched this forum and found some threads talking about how to reset the GPS, but I couldn't figure out how to do it through the iDrive menu. Probably i need to bring car to dealer. But i'm afraid that the foreman may have very few chance to reproduce this problem. |

You're not the only one! Mines were doing the same recently and when I brought it to my dealers attention they say they won't cover it and say I need a update. I replied saying even if my software is out of date it shouldn't read I'm driving in the ocean right! Lol. They want diagnostic fee if they can't find the issue too.
