Lately I've been taking my hunt for an unmolested 205 GTi a bit more seriously but I now feel the hunt is over.... Found this on eBay tonight and it's just down the road from me.

I wont deny i still love the 205 GTi - it was one of my first ever cars back in the day - i had a Sorrento Dark Green one with the 1.9 engine - facelift model - and i bloody loved it and learned so much from that little car. If i could find a minter, totally standard and unmolested example for sensible money i would so consider storing it and keeping it forever!! And dont even get me started on my Renault 5 GT Turbo - i miss that little belter too!!!

Great car unmolested, the 1.9 GTi is a fantastic track weapon. T16 for me!

£6k is outrageous.

Good to see he's listed all the important things like sill rust, arch rust, has it had new bushes, rods and so forth.. Nah.. Just big callipers and new disks.

Over 30k spent.... Seriously. His parents actually let him do that.

Shame.
