DRL coding question

So i have an 08 E90, and want to enjoy the Halos...

Before Ii buy a Vista DRL harness, is there coding that can be done so that i can just use the Halos for my DRLs instead of the stock DRLs? I know this is the way that e92s and LCI e90s are set up, but i am curious if there is a way to have the car coded to disable DRLs and run the halos.

going to upgrade the halos also using the BMS LED halos, but don't think that would hinder any coding...

You can code the rings just to be on as DRLs.

Easy. Switch from drl_h to drl_s
