FWIW, my OEM rubber mats are 'manufactured in the USA by MacNeil Industries for BMW" according to the printing on the back. MacNeil is the maker of the WeatherTech stuff.

I quite like the weathertech - they are are perfect fit... I can't speak to the OEM all weather mats.

I like the carpeted section of the BMW mat. Doesn't ruin your shoes.

But weathertech digifit is the boss when it comes to snow and debri

I'm in the same situation.. I've also heard weathertech looks good but is sort of flimsy... Anyone here had both? And not just saying one because it's what they have? Haha
