I upgraded to a Harman/Vishnu Cat Back Exhaust and have nowhere to store the stock one. It's priced to sell at $100. Local pickup only as it's too big to ship. It's actually sitting at the exhaust shop so if you want to swap out on the spot, that's also an option.

I found out that e92 exhaust sounds louder....

I think as is the E92 exhaust is a little longer but you might be able to just cut the mufflers in the back and adapt them to your E90. Just replacing the end would be a lot easier than actually replacing all of the pipes.

The cats alone cost $1500 to replace. You are basically giving away money. Somebody should jump on this deal.

I installed a Cat Back setup. Are you talking about the two smaller cats in the under carriage? Either way, the price is ridiculously good. I just don't have anywhere to store it so its got to go.

Yes. There are 4 cats, 2 on the down pipes and 2 in the exhaust after the downpipes. The 2 in the exhaust cost over $700 each from Tischer BMW:
