October Lease Rates?

i believe they are the same from September

new rates will come out in November

If the EPA doesn't release the cars before Oct. does that mean, those leasing will use the new Nov rates? It would be OK if they were lower, but if the rates go up, that would totaly suck.

You should get the rate you were told, it's guaranteed if you're credit was approved. They won't charge you more.

exactly. i locked in sept/oct rates

in case november rates are better (which i highly doubt) my CA told me i could use those figures instead
