Quit about 5 years ago after 15 years of smoking... Damn glad I did, feel great.

The Patch helps a lot. If you start to waiver a bit, go get Some nicoderm CQ.

It really reduces the urge to kill...

Congratulations! I'm trying right now too for the first time in my life after nearly 20 years of smoking (I just hit 35 years old on tuesday, and I've wanted to quit by then)...it's a real b!tch! I'm taking Chantix though which seems to be helping some.

Congratulations again - I know how hard it is!!
