Try placing a big plastic eagle or owl near your car.

Buy cat food and rat poison. Seriously if youre gonna have pets be responsible and watch over them. Or if you love animals take them to the pound. and tell them you found this poor cat lost. so then you dont have to kill them, the pound will do it maybe... and if the owners of the cat ask "have you seen my cat" tell them to be more responsible and say no.

You could solve the problem by changing your attitude toward cats...
...or not. |

Do the Sportka mod:
GLUC! ok, cat lovers, I kid, I kid. I would never do that to any animal, leave alone a friendly neighborhood cat. It's just a mean joke, get it?

you guys a crazy. A bb gun in NYC area..... You are asking for trouble with the cops..... And yes i know it just a bb gun. Do you want to be the one explaining to the cops that you are killing all the cats in Brooklyn just because you have paw prints on your car....... Yea I want to see how that one plays out for you. People think sometimes, i wont hurt to think once in a while.....

so i found kind of a semi decent solution.... since its been real cold, I have 3 t shirts that stretch out covering the parts of the hood that i usually see the print on, the part where the windshield glass ends and the hood has an opening where the wipers are ( where heat comes out of) these three shirts are SOAKED with water each night! and since its been cold its been really cold water or frozen like t shirts! the cats have hated this and have stayed away ! theyd jump on it and sit on it to find out its freezing cold water and leave.

I just bought a Yard Gard animal repellent for my backyard. It transmits a noise that bothers animals. I also bought a spray that's used for training to keep them away from certain areas. Too early to tell if it's working. However, I saw 2 cats come to my backyard today and they left soon after. They kept moving around their ears listening to something. I think they were actually bothered by the noise.
