K&N RR-3002 Reverse Conical Filter - For any intake

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I bought this a long time ago for the "dyno glory" intake system. I used a set of these for about 30 miles and took it off when getting a UR intake.

So, one of the K&N RR-3002 filters is for sale, still in the box.

If you just purchased a CAI, I highly recommend that you use this filter for it. Its one of K&N's top of the line 3" filters and has a reverse conical end which is great for sucking air straight on. Much better then the low end crap you get with your CAI.

I think the cheapest you can find these is for $49 on Amazon right now, and they bounce in and out of stock. So, I will let one go for $40 shipped in the US. http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=RR-3002

Here is a picture of my other filter on the UR setup.

Yup, today I put it in there and took that picture. Now that the intakes snuged up,I was able to push it out a little down around the filter and get it on there. It bulges the fender liner a lil. Im fairly sure the E90 would fit perfect, like you've mentioned before.

i think you should do the brake duct mode, just take that left piece out and you'll have all the air in the world
