Peabody, talk to Matt Hefron (Andover St.Location - the other one has been nothing but headaches for me).

Been a happy Peabody customer for years. Great relationships with both CA and SA there.

Herb is the only dealership in Boston. Sorry to say the rest are in the burbs all 15 miles or more away.

I drive 125+ miles just commuting roundtrip every day. Surely you can drive 20-30 minutes for the few times you'll need service. As said, HC is your only option if you want to stay very local though. Peabody offers night before/early morning drop off, not sure if the others do that or not. I haven't tried it, but it could be convenient.

Yeah but if you live by the Museum of Science you can pop onto 93 north to 128 and be there in about 20 - 25 minutes. Probably the same amount of time it will take to go the four miles to Herb Chambers :-)

HC couldnt get headlights aligned properly, even after several tries. Go to Peabody.

Every time I enter HC dealership, I get a real bad feeling of dealer unreliability. They're crows there.

Too bad you couldnt make it up to NH Ira in Statham has always been good to me. Just had New tires put on today and they did an excelent job and took care of the hood latch issue i had. Got a great deal on the tires too. Buy 3 get 1 for $1.
