Bluetooth with Headset?

So how many of you guys have had passengers in your car and someone calls you. Suddenly your music turns off and you hear the phone ringing through the speakers and the callers name appears on the display. Personally, I do not want to answer the call and have a conversation where everyone else in the car can listen in, nor do I want them seeing who is calling me. So my question is, is it possible to use a bluetooth headset that will override the car's bluetooth when receiving an incoming call?

you should be able to select that on the phone itself. but there is no way to permanently set that.

unfortunately this is where the A5/S5 has an option we don't - I believe they have a handset option that works through the bluetooth

Just use the options menu on the phone to select the handset

Or have the phone set-up so that it will ask you whether to connect to the BMW or not when you start the car. I can do that with my Blackberry. If it is not the right time, pull out your Bluetooth headset and connect it instead.

UMM... You can always remove your phone from the list of Bluetooth devices on your car. It's dead nuts easy to "unpair" if you will a phone.

I had a similar problem... It was kind of uncomfortable being out with one model when another model calls having some serious issues that need my attention...

Sort of unintentionally getting someone else involved... Just not all that cool.
