I did them myself, its a very time consuming mod tho! and it cost about $100 the whole project. haha I bought most of the supplies from ebay, but locally not from China lol.

You have to take your bumper off and then take off the headlight, then I used a heatgun to head up the sealant in the headlight and just pulled it apart. Then when you wanna seal it back together use gasket sealant(autozone) and you should no get condensation. Ive had my new headlights on for already 2 months without any condensation.

How did you make the outer rings into horseshoe shaped rings?
The 115mm outer rings from ebay are full circles.

I painted the top the ring with black paint, making it look like a half circle and covering the lights at the top
