Astra is a fine example of Australian womanhood. She has the grace of a fine wine and the elegance of a field of flowers. There has been many a man who has shown relentless desire to share their life with her but none have been worthy. Few are. Even fewer ever will be.

Astra is elusive, funny and yet generous to one and all. Her motoring knowledge goes without peer and her discerning taste in automotive modification stretches our imagination to new levels.

Unfortunately as a result of Astra’s busy schedule healing lepers and feeding the poor, she does not have time to attend to the upkeep of her fine motor vehicle. I try to help but my unrelenting efforts are in vain. Regardless, Astra will no doubt go down in Australian folklore as a legend of the calibre of Ned Kelly and Chopper Reid.

Cheers.

P.S. I would like to apologise to anyone eating their dinner while reading this.

Lol, yes you did give my car a very good polish.
I'll give you for effort, but would suggest that astra know's where the car wash is and will come visit in her own time.

I was thinking....

What brand of polish does everyone use at home?

Cheers.

P.S. Remind me later to tell you about problems with bodykits held on with double-sided tape.

i use either meguires carnuba wax and the meguires polish, or the bmw polish...

used meguires paint ceaner and the quick wax on a friend's car

lol, double sided tape... leaves marks and residue... spent ages the other day trying to help clean the crap off the back of someone's car

Meguiars make very good products. I like their Gold Class and NXT but most of the range is very good.

The other problem with double-sided tape is that the tape eventually lets go. I'll tell the story later.

Cheers.
