I did hear that bmw are discontinuing manufacturer of E9X performance parts, so I imagine when all manufactured stock is sold the only way to buy a PE will be a used one!

WOooo! Sounds nice. Would this affect emissions? Also, any ballpark on the pricing?

Yes 100% it would effect emissions but hey it would sound sick

Depends what brand dps pipes you get ar castles prob looking somewhere around 700-1000 mark I know people who have gotten custom dps made for around 300-400 as well.. And the muffler well cut it off and weld some pipes shouldn't be more that 150 or so.

But seriously yes this setup will be VERY loud and will attract epa and cops but you know what who cares go have some fun

In all seriousness it is up to you what you do with the car but this setup would sound nice. I recommending starting with castles down pipes as you still have your cats and muffler in place. This will give you a good feel for the sound and will also increase performance.

no downpipes for you buddy - best thing would be to modify your exhaust possibly. Google pe exhaust mod - give you a good idea.

Was reading up on the PE, thinking of a 2nd Cat Delete and a PE? Or just a PE would suffice?

never did the research with the cat deletes with this set up. I'd question the drone and if there will be any excessive noticable smoke emissions

Good luck mate, took forever for me to find one used. I would suggest to do the "PE MOD" im sure it will sound almost identical! Or just do a muffler delete
