Anyone ripped the 2009.1 DVD Nav maps?

I downloaded the new maps fine, burned to a disk but am having some issue with maybe the correct dvd or speed. The car reads the disk fine, but when "show map icons" it locked up and gave a disk error. Inserted the same disk back in and it works fine. I notice its a little slower reading the disk. Has anyone tried it yet? Or has been successful in doing it already?
