E90 Pre-LCI Halogen to Bi-Xenon Conversion

Hi, I'm sorry to start a new post and bring this topic up again but I'm unable to find solid information as what needs to be done in order to retrofit these headlights. From what I've gathered there is two ways to go about doing this. Change the headlights, modify the wiring a bit, keep the original foot-well module, add a value to V.O and change a few values in the FSW file. I've also talked to ECS Tuning and they offer the Bi-Xenon headlights, a new FRM, and a new headlight switch. This is a bit expensive, coming around $1500. What is the best option in order to achieve Bi-Xenon headlights? If any information I've said is wrong, please correct me.
