BMW PE same as Dinan Free Flow Exhaust?

Are these two products the same? My local dealer is showing no part for the 2006 330 xi except this dinan part. Any info is appreciated.

dinan i saw actually look very similar to the PE and sounds the same

dinan looks nothing like the bmwp exhaust.

I have the dinan, muffler looks like crap but the tips look nice, and it sounds good.
