Post pics of your tinted taillights here!
I'm about to do a rear lci conversion on my car, I'm thinking about doing a really light tint to add some contrast since my cars red.
Would everyone who has tinted their taillights please post pics! |

Sorry it doesn't do too well (lights are on), but it also isn't that dark. Don't want the "dark blacked out look." People will flame ya if it's too dark.

Bumper is stock. M-sport. Diffuser is from Duke Dynamics. AKA ordered from bimmerkit.
I am unsure on the percentage, but my guy told me around 60-70%.

It all depends on what color theme you have going on with your car
After installation, the decision was to remove the tint cause the bright to dark contrast was way too much. If we had used steel instead of smoke tint, it probably would have been just right. Untinted and tinted Final product - untinted Personal car - Smoked Blacklines

Not sure if you were thinking about doing a permanent spray on tint? Or If not they make this stick on type tint and it works awesome and is easy to instal and if you feel you don't like the tint anymore you can always just pull it off. I've used it in the pass on both headlights/taillights, fog lights Etc.. Below is a link to the stuff I've used before. You can also go lighter or darker, they make it all.
