Personally, I love white M3s. But I couldn't own one as it looks a bit flashy to me.
Blue (Interlagos or Mystic) is what I would really love to have.

Are you searching the more traditional car ad sites? I didn't apply all your criteria, but at first glance, there seem to be a few examples. Looks like you'll need about $30K:

Had a mystic blue e46 M3 years ago... saddest day ever when I had to say goodbye to it. It was power in its rawest form, I prefer that car to the 4 door M3 we own now. The new m3 is too bulky and heavy, sure it pushes over 100 horses more, but it lacks that sense of nimble-ness. This is not pertinent to your thread, just reminiscing hope you find your baby.

And if it doesn't have 3 pedals at your feet, it isn't an M3... Sorry SMG is a complicated automatic.

Yes, I hope to find a Mystic Blue or Silver Gray coupe. 6-speed manual is really hard to find.
