he blamed his issues on biodiesel IIRC, though im not sure how we would know . TDIwyse has been running methanol for a while now without issue but there are a number of reasons I would suggest not to exceed 50/50 mix, namely the fire potential.

there is a lot more to it than just mixture %, such as nozzle size and pressure, but there are some companies out there that sell diesel kits. It takes some know-how to get it wired up especially on a newer diesel, I got lucky since Burger has an adaptation to the JBD that provides a trigger to their kit. Since you have RENNtech there would be some more figuring to get the correct wiring |

wouldnt it be cool if top gear moved out of the UK so that they could test drive a car on a dry surface for once? Seems like the Stig is the only one that ever sees dry ground

People make much ado about meth mixture, yes the alcohol aids in combustion but the primary performance benefit to meth is compression/expansion. During compression water, being incompressible reduces the effective volume of the cylinder and allows for greater compression of the air fuel mixture. During ignition, water becomes gaseous and expands which makes the power stroke more 'explosive' so to speak. temps are a secondary benefit.

Nice Video of the STIG driving a mamouth!! but to be honest we cannot compare to gassers, but at least the 5d did do great compared to other cars!! Oh boy was REALLY impressed with the DIESEL and that my friends is enough for me, someone that knows about cars talking eloquently about our D's

I wish they compared the 535i and 535d on whether or not the D can keep up with gassers on the track. I would think we would still lose but by a closer margin.
Also, I like to point out to my friends that I am just as fast with four people and a full trunk. |

Sorry about the delay in replying, holidays with the kids and all... Yes, LSD stands for limited slip differential.
And I'm also in love with how much my car pushes even with a full trunk and seats occupied. I also forgot in my list something like the Bluefin. It's in between piggy backs and reprogs. |
