It is BMW Platinum Extended Warranty and yes,absolutely it goes with the car, no matter who the owner is.

Wow no interest (not counting the PMs I got for under $20k offers) in Fully loaded AW 6 speed fully loaded 335i?! Man when I was looking for 6 speed AW 4 years ago it took me 8 months to find it...and just did a search on cars.com not many of them out there at all and NONE 6spd AW loaded under 25k with warranty...

It's probably because you priced your car too high. I sold a similar car last year 2009 6mt with more options (m-sport), one year left on CPO with 10k miles less plus a few mods worth another grand for 24k and I priced it within the average of KBB (which is honestly the worst with inflated numbers), Edmunds and NADA so it was a fair sale for me and the buyer who was first person to come see it and it sold within first few days of listing it.

I'm in the market for another 335i and I'd rather pay a few grand more for a 335is 6mt, and you are a few grand shy of one I just missed out on. Your car is frankly worth 20 at best

I will not argue with you here the value of my car but please consider all of the following factors

1. There is not a single 09+ AW 6 spd within 250 of MD under 25k right now, there is one for 26.5 k and its 2010 with 56kmi with no navi)
2. Here on the forums 2010 like mine AW with msport and no extended warranty sold for a bit over $26k
3. I am negotiable on my price but I think I am just justified of asking a few grand more over KBB just because of how rare this color combo is with 6spd and still Platinum BMW Warranty for another year or 35kmi which gives buyer complete peace of mind, considering it took me 8 months to find this car 4 years ago, and I was willing to pay more to get exactly what I want.
